Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Confirmation All bookings must be made via our website, phone, or email. A booking is confirmed only after the deposit or full payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details. 2. Renter Requirements You must be at least [insert minimum age, e.g., 21] years old. You must hold a valid driver’s licence (international licences must be accompanied by an official translation or an international driving permit). The primary renter is responsible for all charges, traffic fines, and any damage during the rental. 3. Payment & Bond Payment must be made using [credit card / PayPal / other methods]. A bond/security deposit of $500 is required at pickup. The bond will be refunded after vehicle return, provided there is no damage, missing items, or outstanding fees. 4. Vehicle Use Vehicles are to be driven safely and lawfully at all times. No smoking, illegal activities, or ride-sharing unless agreed in advance. Pets may only be carried if pre-approved. Additional drivers must be registered and approved at booking. 5. Rental Period The rental period begins at the pickup time and ends at the return time specified in your booking. Late returns may incur additional charges: $20 per hour. 6. Fuel Policy Vehicles are provided with [Full / Same-as-Same] fuel. Fuel must be refilled to the same level before return, or a refueling fee will apply. 7. Insurance & Liability Our vehicles are covered by standard rental insurance. Vehicle Condition A pre-rental inspection will be conducted, and existing damage will be recorded. You must return the vehicle in the same condition it was received. 9.
